This house have a total of Five Bedrooms. The Ground Floor composed of two bedrooms, one common bathroom, living, dining, kitchen, laundry and garage, while in the Second floor we have the Master’s bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom, and two Bedrooms with common bathroom plus the balcony area. Ground floor has an area of 91 sqm. and the Second floor has an area of 94 sqm. The total floor area of this house is 185sqm.

Are there any advantages of having a two storey house? Of course there are. Two storey houses offer a lot of advantages. To name a few, it provide privacy to your bedrooms. It also gives you a grandeur look in the outside; and most of all they are a cost effective way to maximize your lot.
Here at Dream house design Philippines, we recognize that having a spacious home with plenty of rooms to move is as important as it may sound. This is usually the case in every family that builds or wants to buy a two storey house.
